The hotel is undergoing maintenance so things like ice machine, spa, restaurants, gift shop are all out of service. The one restaurant had good food and nice staff. Parking is great. TV kept having issues connecting to internet and the front desk couldn’t really help us find a solution.

The horseback riding at sunset is a must-try ($100 / person). Dark sky at night is a plus. Really close to Zion East entrance: less crowed. Dog-friendly and the pet fees is cheap compared to other accommodations.

The property/cabins are great. The staff was mostly really, really disinterested in the guests. They rarely even greeted us without us saying “Hi” first. The standout exception was the young brazilian lady at the ice cream shop whi was really friendly and helpful to all. Front desk, restaurant, pool, and outdoor shop couldn’t be bothered to even look up when people walked in. It’s sad, because it’s a great place, and it was if noone had ever trained them on customer service basics.

"We stayed in a newly renovated 2 queen room. It was huge! So nice to have a full fridge/freezer/oven/stove. Especially for the price! Loved the pool, fire, and game room! It was a little rough not having AC....but with the window open and the fan, it did help :)"
